Mayke Haringhuizen makes story-based installations that combine audio with video, photography and drawings. Educated in fine arts and neuropsychology, she is inspired by the way people use words to shape their perception and reality. Currently, she is part of the atelier complex Bank where she organizes exhibitions, and she works as a youth counselor at an MBO college in Amsterdam.
