Visionist

Visionist is Louis Carnell, a London-born electronic music artist whose love of vocal sampling stems from his youth. Originally a singer, he feels that ‘the voice is the most honest sound’. His initial breakthrough came through support from DJ Oneman in 2010 on Rinse FM, followed by support from renowned artists and DJs all over the world. Visionist Visionist had a very successful 2013 after the release of his EP I’m Fine on Lit City Trax, which appeared in year-end lists in leading magazines such as Dazed & Confused and Fader. In 2014 he followed up with I’m Fine Part II, also to great effect.
