Murcof

Murcof (MX) is the performing and recording name of the Mexican electronic musician and composer Fernando Corona. Drawing on minimalism, postmodernism, and baroque music, Murcof creates a shifting sound world that combines electronic and classical sound sources. There is a limitlessness to his music that absorbs the listener, sometimes described as ‘touching on themes of life, death and eternity’. Murcof released three critically acclaimed albums and an EP on The Leaf Label. Over the past few years, he has enhanced his live performances with audio(visual) collaborations. Murcof on SoundCloud
